- Understand customer requirements and explain products.

- Answer inquiries from architects, contractors, and dealers.

- Share product details, prices, and benefits with customers.

- Provide brochures and samples as needed.

- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet purchased.

- Register all inquiries in the system.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits if required.

- Ensure showroom is clean and products are well displayed.

- Keep brochures and samples ready for walk-in customers.

- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Build valuable relationships with customers for repeat business.

- Maintain records of all customer interactions.





- Submit daily and weekly reports to the manager.

Job Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducation

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

- 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in furnishing industry.
