As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Solution Manager environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ChaRM, Monitoring, ITSM, Test Management, and SAP landscape administration. The role requires close collaboration with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure productive SAP operations and governance.

Responsibilities

- Configure, administer, and support SAP Solution Manager (7.2) landscapes.




- Implement and maintain Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes.
- Manage Solution Documentation, Business Process Documentation, and Process Management.
- Configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Desk functionalities.
- Implement and monitor Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, and End User Experience Monitoring.
- Support Test Suite, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management activities.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as Workload Analysis, Exception Analysis, and Trace Analysis.
- Manage Focused Build, Release Management, and Transport Management processes.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis teams for system setup, diagnostics agents, managed system configuration, and SolMan upgrades.
- Ensure SAP best practices and compliance standards are followed across SAP landscapes.
- Troubleshoot SolMan-related issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support integration with SAP Cloud ALM and other monitoring tools where applicable.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM.

Education Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-7 years of relevant SAP Solution Manager experience.
- SAP Solution Manager certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments.
