We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Commis to join our team at our bakery in Chhattarpur, Delhi!

Position: Bakery Commis

Location: Chhattarpur, Delhi

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and specialty baked goods.

Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation.

Assist in developing new recipes, flavours, and baking techniques.

Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate the timely procurement of raw materials.

Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Collaborate with the bakery team to achieve daily production targets.

Assist with customised orders, product display, and packaging when required.





Eligibility Criteria

2–5 years of professional baking experience in a commercial bakery.

Good knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining quality.

Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Good teamwork and time-management skills.
