Role - FMCG DC Manager (Immediate / Short Notice Preferable) Responsibilities -

1. Distribution Centre Operations

- Manage daily DC operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise to retail stores.
- Optimize warehouse space, storage capacity, and operational productivity.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, expiry, and near-expiry products.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and effective stock rotation.

3. Store Replenishment & Dispatch

- Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time dispatch to stores.




- Monitor vehicle utilization, loading accuracy, and delivery schedules.

4. Team & Manpower Management

- Manage warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operational workforce.
- Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and productivity targets.

5. Systems & Process Excellence

- Ensure effective utilization of WMS/ERP systems.
- Implement standard operating procedures and improve warehouse processes.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, statutory compliance, and workplace safety.

6. Cost & Productivity Management

- Control operational costs, product damage, wastage, and manpower expenses.
- Drive improvements in warehouse throughput and order turnaround time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
