Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and student-focused IELTS / PTE / Duolingo Faculty to deliver effective coaching, assess student performance, and help students achieve their target scores.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS, PTE and/or Duolingo classes as per assigned expertise and requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, conduct practice sessions, and guide students on exam strategies.
- Conduct student interviews and mock tests to evaluate progress and identify improvement areas.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and learning progress.
- Conduct demo classes and maintain records of demo feedback.
- Submit weekly reports to the Reporting Manager and Management, covering classes conducted, demo feedback, interviews taken, student attendance, and mock test results.
- Provide individual feedback and additional guidance to students wherever required.

Eligibility & Skills




- Strong command of English and knowledge of the relevant examination pattern.
- Prior teaching experience in IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Freshers with robust English proficiency and relevant skills may also apply.
