Role Description The HVAC - Production Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role oversees day-to-day production activities for HVAC systems, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring manufacturing operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, and quality teams, supervising production staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role also involves optimizing workflows, implementing process improvements, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting timely installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC units.



The HVAC - Production Manager is expected to provide clear leadership on the shop floor, support training and development of team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in production planning, shop floor supervision, and resource management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in quality control practices, safety standards, and compliance with relevant industry regulations.
- Skilled in using production management tools, MS Office, and basic ERP or manufacturing software for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; significant relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience in aerospace, industrial HVAC, or heavy engineering environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving production requirements.
