Position: HR Apprentice

Job PurposeTo support the HR department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement while gaining practical experience in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview follow-ups.
- Support joining formalities, onboarding, and pre-joining documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Support HRMS activities and employee documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate with employees and other departments for routine HR activities.




- Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers only – candidates with prior work experience are not eligible to apply.
- Education: BBA, B.Com, B.A., MBA (HR), or any relevant graduate qualification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and work in a manufacturing environment.

Training and DevelopmentThe apprentice will receive practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRMS processes under the guidance of the HR team.
