Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to design, plan, coordinate, and supervise Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, technical documentation, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Design HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems, according to project requirements.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Perform heat load calculations, equipment sizing, airflow calculations, and duct sizing.
- Select suitable HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation fans.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), material take-offs, and equipment schedules.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other engineering teams.
- Review drawings, identify design clashes, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards, project specifications, energy-efficiency requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.




- Conduct site inspections and support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Review vendor drawings and technical submittals and assist in equipment procurement.
- Maintain engineering documentation and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant HVAC design or project engineering experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP or other BIM tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, duct design, equipment selection, and HVAC standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial buildings, commercial buildings, factories, or warehouse projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Experience in site execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with applicable ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local building requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
