Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer with strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design and engineering for pharmaceutical facilities, cleanrooms, and hospitals.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in heat load calculations, HVAC equipment selection, duct design, chilled water systems, BOQ preparation, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and engineer HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, cleanrooms, and hospitals.
- Perform heat load calculations and psychrometric analysis.
- Prepare HVAC duct designs, equipment layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Select suitable AHUs, FCUs, filters, chillers, cooling towers, and pumping systems.
- Calculate chilled water pipe sizes based on system flow requirements (GPM).
- Prepare HVAC design drawings, technical documents, scope of work, and engineering packages.
- Develop technical specifications for chillers, DX units, ductwork, piping systems, and associated equipment.
- Prepare tenders for HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS).




- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Evaluate HVAC equipment suitability, project feasibility, and technical requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or M.Tech in a relevant discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical HVAC projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design, duct sizing, heat load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and HVAC engineering documentation.
- Good communication and technical coordination skills.
