We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our manufacturing facility and corporate operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a diverse workforce—ranging from skilled machine operators and technicians to production supervisors and engineering staff. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of plant environments, local labor regulations, and blue-collar/white-collar staffing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with plant heads, production managers, and department leads to forecast staffing needs and fill open shop-floor and technical roles promptly.

- Blue-Collar &
- Technical Sourcing:

Source candidates for roles such as CNC operators, quality inspectors, electricians, safety officers, line supervisors, and maintenance technicians using local networks, walk-in drives, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and local employment exchanges.

- Screening &

- Interviews:

Review applications, conduct telephonic/video/in-person screenings, and evaluate candidates for core technical competence, shift flexibility, safety awareness,



and cultural fit.

- Compliance &

Background Verification:

Ensure all hires meet statutory labor laws, age compliance, safety protocols, background checks, and pre-employment medical fitness tests.

- Onboarding &

- Induction:

Coordinate joining formalities, safety orientation, plant tours, ID card issuance, and handover to the plant HR team for seamless integration.

- Data &

- Metrics Reporting:

Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS databases and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and attrition rates during probation.

- Vendor &

- Agency Management:

Coordinate with third-party manpower contractors, staffing agencies, and technical training institutes (ITI/polytechnics) for bulk or contract hiring.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
