Meghe Group of Schools is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the centralized HR function across its network of schools.

Expected Profile

- 12–15 years of HR experience in the School
- K–12 Education sector is mandatory.
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance and HR policies.
- Experience handling HR for multiple schools / locations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of school staffing structures, academic recruitment cycles and HR processes.
- Should be a hands-on HR professional and solid people leader, capable of independently managing a centralized HR function and working closely with Principals, School Heads and Management.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
