Role Description The Human Resources Manager – Industrial Relations will oversee employee relations, labor compliance, and HR policies to support a safe, fair, and productive workplace. This full-time, in office role based in Dodda Ballapur includes managing industrial relations with workers and unions, handling grievance redressal, and facilitating conflict resolution.

The role involves implementing and updating HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating performance management and disciplinary processes in line with legal requirements. The manager will work closely with leadership and line managers to ensure adherence to labor laws,



maintain statutory records, and support employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include conducting HR audits, organizing training sessions related to workplace practices and compliance, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong industrial relations and labor law knowledge, including experience with union negotiations, grievance handling, and statutory compliance.
- Candidates should possess human resources management skills such as policy development, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Candidates should possess employee engagement and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, facilitate dialogue, and manage conflict constructively.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including HR documentation, data interpretation, and report preparation.
- Candidates should possess leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work closely with management, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar IR-focused role within manufacturing or industrial environments is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of HRIS tools, MS Office, and standard HR reporting practices is an advantage.
- Ability to operate on-site in Dodda Ballapur and manage HR responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
