Role Description The Human Resources Manager at JobBricks will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and local regulations. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Road will involve partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle day-to-day activities such as coordinating recruitment processes, conducting interviews,



managing employee lifecycle activities, facilitating HR-related training, and addressing workplace concerns in a fair and confidential manner. The role also includes developing and refining HR processes to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policies, labor law compliance, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Proficiency in using HRIS or HR management tools, along with solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to design and implement HR initiatives that support employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
