Celebistaan Private Limited is an influencer marketing company working across brand collaborations, creator partnerships, and talent management.

As we continue to grow our team across Mumbai and Delhi, we’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional who can help us build a strong team, streamline our HR processes, and create a positive working environment.

This is an chance for someone who wants to take ownership of HR operations in a growing company, learn along the way, and help build the people and culture function from the ground up.

What Will You Do?

1. Hiring & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end hiring for different roles across the company.
- Create and post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with the hiring team.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Help us identify and hire the right talent as the company grows.

2. Employee Management & Engagement

- Be the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Maintain regular communication with team members across Mumbai, Delhi, and other locations.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, and exit formalities.
- Understand employee concerns and help resolve day-to-day workplace issues.
- Build a positive, professional, and supportive work culture.

3. Salary, Incentives & Performance Management

- Maintain employee salary structures, incentive plans,



and relevant HR records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure salary processing happens on time.
- Track performance reviews, employee goals, appraisals, and growth opportunities.
- Help develop clear role structures, reporting systems, and incentive policies.
- Coordinate with management on salary revisions, promotions, and performance-related decisions.

4. Employee Growth & Development

- Understand employees’ responsibilities, strengths, and development needs.
- Help define clear roles, responsibilities, and career progression paths.
- Track employee performance and follow up on individual growth plans.
- Support managers in building a more accountable, motivated, and efficient team.

5. HR Operations & Process Building

- Maintain employee databases, HR documents, policies, and internal records.
- Create simple and effective HR systems suited to a growing company.
- Help establish structured processes for hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee management.
- Coordinate HR operations for our hybrid team across different cities.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Someone with 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- A good communicator who is comfortable speaking with candidates, employees, and management.
- Someone organised, responsible, approachable, and proactive.




- A person who understands the basics of recruitment, employee management, and salary administration.
- Someone comfortable using LinkedIn for recruitment and familiar with spreadsheets and basic HR tools.
- A professional who wants to learn, grow, and take ownership rather than simply follow instructions.
- Someone who can work independently in a growing company where HR processes are still evolving.

Location & Work Arrangement This role will be based in Mumbai , with a hybrid work arrangement. Our team operates across Mumbai and Delhi, so the candidate should be comfortable coordinating with employees and candidates across locations.

We are gradually building Mumbai as our central headquarters, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us through this phase.
