About Paramverse Bio

Paramverse Bio Pvt. Ltd. is building India's next great bio company, with a focus on biological agriculture. Founded in 2024 and part of Paramverse Group, it develops and sells indigenous microbial formulations under the DHARITRI SUTRA™ brand. The portfolio spans 21 registered products across three lines: RAKSHAK (bio-protection), POSHAK (bio-nutrition), and AMRITAM (export-grade compliance).

Every product is delivered through the "Doctor of Soil" model: a certified agronomist, a personalised prescription, and data to show whether it worked. Paramverse Bio is live across nine Indian states in Phase 1 (FY27), with 48 territories, institutional-grade manufacturing, and field-to-export traceability.

What You Will Own

- People strategy. Build the HR plan for a company scaling from Phase 1 into new states and territories. Link headcount, roles, and cost to the business plan.
- Talent acquisition. Own hiring for agronomists, field sales, regional and territory managers, manufacturing and quality teams, and corporate functions. Build a hiring engine that is rapid and keeps the bar high.
- Field workforce. Design structures, incentive plans, and career paths for a distributed field team across states. Keep attrition low where it matters most.
- Onboarding and capability building. Build onboarding and training so every agronomist and field manager is ready to deliver the Doctor of Soil protocol with consistency.
- Performance and rewards. Set up goals, review cycles, and compensation and incentive frameworks that reward results and are fair across roles and regions.
- Culture and employee experience. Shape a culture of ownership, science, and service to farmers. Run engagement, communication, and grievance processes that work for both office and field teams.
- HR operations and compliance. Own payroll coordination, HRIS, policies, contracts, and statutory compliance (labour laws, PF/ESI, shops and establishments, factory-related requirements).



Build clean records and audit readiness.
- Team and leadership support. Act as a trusted advisor to the founder and function heads on organisation design, succession, and difficult people decisions.
- Group interface. Work with Paramverse Group's finance and legal teams on budgets, policies, and shared HR standards.

What We Are Looking For

- 8 to 15 years of HR experience, with at least a few years leading HR for a growing business, ideally in agriculture, agri-inputs, FMCG, manufacturing, or another field-heavy sector.
- Experience scaling teams. You have built or expanded HR in a company growing quickly, and you can show the headcount, regions, and results.
- Field and plant exposure. You understand how to hire, motivate, and retain people who work outside offices, including sales teams, technical staff, and shop-floor workers.
- Full-spectrum HR skills. You are strong across talent acquisition, rewards, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, and you can go deep on any of them.
- Sound judgment and people skills. You can handle sensitive situations with fairness, and you can push back on leaders when needed.
- A builder's mindset. You are happy to set up systems and policies from scratch and to work with a lean team.
- Clear communication. You are comfortable in Hindi and English, and can speak with field staff and senior leadership with equal ease.
- A strong academic background, typically an MBA or postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.

Nice to Have

- Experience in agri-inputs, biologicals, agri-tech, or a science-led business.
- Experience building field-force incentive models and sales-team structures.
- Experience in a promoter-led or founder-led company.
- Exposure to multi-state operations and regional HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and analytics, and using data to make people decisions.
- Experience with ESOPs or long-term incentive design.
- Involvement in organisation design or culture-building during a funding or scale-up phase.
