Reporting To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintaining employee records, attendance and leave trackers
- HR documentation and administrative support
- Employee engagement and internal coordination

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred
- 0–2 years of experience, including HR internship experience
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and MS Office skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
