Position: Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Preferred experience in retail hiring is advantageous.

HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

Payroll Management:
- Handle payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.

Employee Relations & Queries:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.




- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement and communication initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes; retail hiring experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
