Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Compliance Executive with 2–3 years of experience in statutory compliance and HR operations. The candidate should have practical knowledge of ESIC, Provident Fund (PF), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Skilled Tax (PT), and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax (PT).
- Handle employee registrations, documentation, KYC, and maintenance of statutory records.
- Assist with monthly statutory filings, challan generation, payments, and compliance tracking.




- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and adherence to applicable deadlines.
- Maintain employee records and compliance-related documentation for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants, wherever required.
- Monitor changes in applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required compliance records and documents.
- Coordinate with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate employee data and timely statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
