Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation. The role involves coordinating interviews, supporting performance management processes, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The Human Resources

Executive will help drive employee engagement, support training and development initiatives, and handle basic employee relations and grievance matters in alignment with company policies. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring regular collaboration with leadership and team members to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

- Candidates should possess skills in employee onboarding, HR documentation, and HR records management.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management support, employee engagement, and basic employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in MS Office, HRIS or HR management tools, and basic data reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an HR role within a technology or services company is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
