Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at BeyondSure is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing recruitments and day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accurate HR documentation.

The Human Resources

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and helping to foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies in line with local regulations, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration,



and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

The Human Resources

Executive will collaborate closely with leadership to support workforce planning, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

Experience : 6 months to 2 years only.

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end HR lifecycle support.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and data management.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle concerns, support engagement initiatives, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including developing, implementing, and communicating policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; solid communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with HRIS or HR software; and familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance will be beneficial.
