Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 10,000 20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and direct referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Freshers to 12 years of experience in recruitment or tele-calling.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good persuasion and phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and candidate management.
