JD for HR Recruiter-

Immediate joiner required

- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions like sales associate or customer service associate.
- Job posting on different job portals.
- Screening the resumes, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate setting
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Upload the details of candidates on company portals.
- Release the offer and make the person join on date on time.

Working days : 6

Office time: 10am-7pm
