Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to run recruitment, payroll, HR MIS and HRMS operations for a growing real estate developer.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (HR / Finance).

- 59 years in HR, with real estate developer experience preferred.
- Robust in recruitment, payroll and HRMS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of the labour codes.
- Organised, detail-focused and comfortable working directly with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle hiring from start to finish across sales and corporate roles, using consultants, portals,



referrals and campuses.
- Track hiring timelines, offer-to-join ratios and recruitment costs.
- Process monthly payroll end to end: attendance, leave, arrears, reimbursements and full & final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity and TDS, and coordinate with consultants.
- Prepare HR MIS and dashboards on headcount, attrition, hiring and manpower cost.
- Administer the HRMS (HROne or similar), including policy setup, attendance rules, approvals and data accuracy.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, policy communication and exits.
