Role & responsibilities Oversee day to day HR Operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee induction, managing leaves, grievances and contracts.

Maintain and update HR Records, employee files, and HR databases in a timely manner.

Administer payroll and ensure statutory compliance with accurate documentation.

Support Study Departments in performance management and appraisal processes.

Address employees queries with fairness, sensitivity and strict confidentiality.

Coordinate training,



development programs and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, organizational policies and audits requirements.

Assist in restructuring and revising HR Policies, SOPs and Communications as needed.

Collaborate with management to identify and implement HR Process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor degree in HR related discipline (or any graduate with HR Certification).

3 to 4 years of hands on experience in HR operations.

Strong knowledge of HR Processes including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, proficiency in MS Office and HR Software tools.
