We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher to support recruitment and coordination activities. The candidate will work closely with Recruiters, Business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth Interview coordination, reporting, documentation, and tracking of profiles.
Job Details:
Role: HR Intern - Trainee
Location: Hyderabad.
Duration: 3 months.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working days: 5 days.
Stipend: No Stipend
Key learnings:
- Infrastructure & Mentorship: You will be provided with a company laptop and full access to our corporate infrastructure. Throughout the program, you will receive hands-on guidance and direct mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Learning to actively hunt for passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search strings.
- Screening & Assessment: Reviewing resumes against specific job descriptions and conducting initial phone screens to evaluate communication skills and basic fit.
- Candidate Experience & Coordination: Managing complex interview schedules,
handling candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless process from application to offer.
- ATS Management: Gaining hands-on experience tracking candidate workflows and maintaining data integrity within an Applicant Tracking System.
- Event & Drive Execution: Supporting large-scale hiring initiatives, such as campus recruitment, job fairs, or specialized diversity and inclusion drives.
- Recruitment Metrics: Understanding how TA performance is measured by tracking operational KPIs like time-to-fill, interview-to-offer ratios, and source of hire.
