Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and MIS reports.
- Support a HR operations, and other day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist in policy communication and general HR administration.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
