About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. This is a hands-on, recruitment-heavy role where you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on live hiring mandates across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS
- Support offer rollouts,



documentation and pre-joining follow-ups
- Assist in bulk hiring and urgent hiring mandates
- Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions
- Support recruitment drives and other Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Assist the HR team with basic HR operations and employee-related activities when required

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, BBA, BMS, B.Com, Psychology or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls
- Proactive, energetic and target-oriented
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
