We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRMS data.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate monthly salary processing, including PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Joining Formalities: Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.




- Sales Performance Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales Team to track sales performance and maintain relevant records.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Full & Final Settlement: Handle employee exit formalities, calculate final settlements, and coordinate timely payments.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records and ensure smooth execution of daily HR activities.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, and ESI.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Robust coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
