Job Overview

TASA Consulting and IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support various HR activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, communication, networking, and talent acquisition.

The role involves identifying hiring requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, building relationships with colleges and recruitment consultancies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify resource gaps within teams and prepare accurate job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
- Develop relevant keywords and search strategies to identify suitable candidates for different job roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, other job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals to expand the talent pool.
- Build and maintain relationships with training institutes, recruitment consultancies, and placement agencies.
- Coordinate with college placement cells in and around Trichy to establish long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on qualifications, skills, communication, interest, and job requirements.
- Contact candidates professionally to assess their suitability and explain job responsibilities and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates and coordinate interviews with the relevant teams.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring updates.




- Support other HR activities, including employee onboarding, relieving formalities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and supporting overall HR operations.

Educational Qualifications Candidates with any of the following qualifications are eligible to apply:
- Undergraduate: B.E. / B.Tech
- Postgraduate: MBA, M.A. in Human Resource Management (HRM), MSW, or M.Sc. in Psychology
