We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to join our production house and help build a strong, reliable creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings to screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.
- Source and hire talent across creative and production roles, including editors, cinematographers, production assistants and other team members.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation and attendance records.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and fill positions efficiently.
- Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee engagement, team coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions.
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for creative agencies, production houses or media companies is a plus.
- Location: Lalbaug, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM

Working Days: Monday to alternate Saturdays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
