Role & responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning: Lead recruitment initiatives to source, interview, and onboard high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs.
- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Align HR strategies with overarching business objectives to foster growth and operational efficiency.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Build an authentic personal connection with employees to boost morale, drive culture initiatives, and enhance the developmental aspects of HR. - Grievance &
- Attrition Management: Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee concerns and grievances within the companys policy framework while proactively implementing strategies to minimize attrition.
- Performance & Policy Advisory: Guide line management on policy interpretation, performance frameworks, and organizational practices.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core HR experience with proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling, and attrition management.
2. Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and policy application.
3. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
