Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a results-driven HRIS Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migration projects.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all HR data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary HR tech liaison.
- Train HR staff and employees on system functionalities and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Extensive experience configuring and managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security protocols.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
