We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can work closely with business leaders to build a high-performing organization while establishing strong people practices as Swish scales.

This role combines business partnering with the design and implementation of core HR practices. You will work on organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and people policies, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business priorities. We are looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Own

- Business Partnering: Work closely with functional leaders to understand business priorities, team structures, workforce challenges, and people-related requirements.
- Organization Design: Support org structuring, role clarity, spans and layers, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Build and execute performance review processes, goal-setting frameworks, performance improvement plans, and calibration discussions.
- People Policies & Processes: Design and implement practical HR policies and processes that support business growth while maintaining consistency.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Identify employee concerns, analyze attrition patterns, and drive initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Talent Management: Support succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and talent reviews for critical roles.
- Manager Effectiveness:



Coach managers on people management, feedback, performance conversations, and handling employee concerns.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and sensitive people matters with sound judgment, confidentiality, and fairness.
- People Insights: Use workforce data and feedback to identify organizational issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- HR CoE Development: Establish scalable frameworks across performance, engagement, talent management, and employee lifecycle practices as the organization grows.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with exposure to designing or implementing core HR practices.
- Experience partnering with business leaders in a quick-growing company or a complex operating environment.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, org design, and talent management.
- Ability to interpret people data and translate insights into business actions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with maturity and discretion.
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to build processes from scratch rather than rely on established playbooks.

Good to Have

- Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, food-tech, logistics, or other high-growth businesses.
- Experience setting up HR frameworks in a scaling startup.
- Exposure to organization restructuring, workforce planning, or leadership development.
