About the Role

Role Summary The Associate, HRIS & Finance Systems Data Analyst supports the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of workforce and financial planning data across HR and Finance systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Pigment, Anaplan, and related reporting platforms. This role works closely with Talent/HR, HRIS, Finance, and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data is aligned across systems. Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality & Validation
- Perform routine audits and validation of employee, organizational, and financial planning data.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across Talent/HR and Finance systems.
- Support monthly and quarterly data reconciliation activities.
- Monitor data quality metrics and escalate issues when required.
- Assist with data cleansing and correction initiatives.
- Pigment & Anaplan Support
- Support data maintenance activities within Pigment and Anaplan.
- Validate workforce planning data against source systems.
- Assist Finance and HR teams during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Help test system updates, enhancements, and data loads.
- Maintain documentation for planning processes and data definitions.
- System & Integration Support
- Research and resolve data issues impacting reporting and planning activities.
- Assist with user testing during system enhancements and recent implementations.
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Talent/HR, Finance and HRIS teams to ensure data accuracy.




- Respond to data-related inquiries from business users.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Promote data quality best practices across teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HRIS, Finance Systems, Data Analytics, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and respecting confidentiality.
