Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
- Passion for exploring how technology can transform HR practices.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, orientation sessions, and introduction plans and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.




- Maintain employee records and update HR databases as needed.
- Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the payroll and benefits administration process.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
- Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in performance management and employee relations initiatives.
- Creating Hiring Decks.
- Design and execute engaging campaigns for various HR initiatives, using your creative spark to bring ideas to life.
