Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support professional development initiatives. Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and develop strategies for talent development and succession planning. Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
