About the Role

IND Global Realty is looking for an experienced and motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Surat, Gujarat.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for our Dubai-based Sales Team, while overseeing HR operations and day-to-day administrative activities at our Surat office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment across Indeed, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and conduct first-round interviews, with priority given to sales recruitment.
- Recruit for digital and technical positions, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Web Developers.
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations at the Surat office.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Support HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams across India and Dubai.
- Ensure smooth office operations,



including vendor and administrative coordination.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Strong recruitment experience, particularly in sales hiring.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Experience handling employee records and general HR operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or fast-paced organizations is an advantage.
