Role & responsibilities

- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and cost-per-hire, to optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Design and update comprehensive job descriptions and post them on internal careers pages, external job boards, and social networks.
- Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate relevant skills, experience, and education qualifications.
- Screen Applications: Filter resumes, portfolios, and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between short-listed candidates and the internal panel or hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks and qualified reference verifications for final-stage candidates.

Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role.
