Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic HR Reporting Analyst to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
- Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
- Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
- Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High-level proficiency with HRIS platforms and employee engagement software.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
