Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and fulfill manpower requirements within the stipulated timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions as per client and company requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and recruitment skills may also apply.
