We are looking for a talent-driven and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.

Your goal will be to connect with top-tier talent, match them with appropriate positions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Post clear, engaging job advertisements on company career pages and external job boards.

Screening & Selection:

Review resumes, portfolios,



and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Conduct phone and initial video screening interviews to assess applicant skill sets, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Management & Hiring:

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collect feedback from interview panels and participate in candidate evaluation discussions.

Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages within defined budgets,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
