- Role Type: Full-Time / Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Industry Focus: Real Estate Development, Brokerage, Property Management, or Advisory Services

- Primary Objective: Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines to hit aggressive sales and operational hiring targets in a fast-paced environment

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from creation to final onboarding.

- Active Sourcing: Source candidates via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and real estate-specific networks or local databases.

- Screening & Interviews: Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess skill sets, salary expectations, and cultural fit.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with sales directors and department heads to understand immediate staffing needs.

- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, release offer letters,



and track candidate notice periods until formal joining.

- Data & Compliance: Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, recruitment trackers, and background checks

- Experience: Generally 1 to 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, with prior specialization in real estate or high-volume sales hiring preferred.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate market dynamics, broker networks, and sales incentive structures.

- Technical Tools: Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), MS Excel, or Google Sheets for tracking metrics

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
