- SALARY - Between 15k to 25k per month , excluding incentives

Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be playing a critical role in ensuring the organization has a steady pipeline of qualified talent to meet client and business demands. This role blends strategic talent acquisition with hands‑on execution, ensuring the right people join at the right time to meet dynamic business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for bulk hiring across inbound, outbound, and blended BPO campaigns.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, employee referrals, and walk‑ins.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation, documentation,



and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and ensure adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
- Build strong candidate pipelines to meet urgent and future staffing needs.
- Promote employer branding by creating a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Pre - Requisites:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
