HR Recruiter – Rajkot

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, databases and references.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs and management.
- Maintain candidate pipeline, interview status and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
