We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, non-technical, and shop-floor positions.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

✅ Hire for production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and shop-floor positions.

✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

✅ Follow up on interview feedback, salary negotiations, offers, and joining.





✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

✅ Ensure timely closure of open positions.

? Required Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.

Prior experience in manufacturing hiring is preferred.

Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

Experience using Naukri and other recruitment portals.

Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
