Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes to support the talent needs of VSNAP Technology Solutions. This full time, on-site position is based in Bengaluru and involves sourcing candidates using multiple platforms, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements.



Daily activities include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment tools and databases, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

The role also involves supporting onboarding, assisting with training coordination for new hires, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment process improvements.

Specialist is part of HR Team and leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should have strong interviewing and Communication skills to assess talent and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help integrate new team members smoothly.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems, multiple recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
- Relevant bachelor’s/masters degree in Human Resources, Business, etc
- Prior experience in sales, technology or digital services hiring organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively & maintain confidentiality of management decisions.
