HR Executive – Automotive Dealership

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our automobile dealership operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for sales, service, and corporate roles across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, technical, and non-technical positions.

· Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and branch managers.

· Recruit candidates for Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, CRM Executives, Managers, and other dealership positions.

· Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

· Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

· Coordinate documentation and onboarding formalities for new employees.

· Work closely with branch managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

· Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are achieved.





· Support employee referral programs and recruitment campaigns.

· Maintain proper recruitment records and communicate hiring updates to management.

Required Qualifications

· Any degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; automobile industry experience is preferred.

· Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

· Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of positions closed within the target timeline.

· Quality and suitability of candidates hired.

· Candidate joining ratio and offer-to-joining conversion.

· Recruitment turnaround time.

· Accuracy of recruitment data and timely reporting.

· Retention of newly recruited employees.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
