A Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for manufacturing roles.

Key responsibilities include

- Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting skilled professionals for manufacturing positions.

- Screening Resumes: Evaluating resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements.

- Conducting Interviews: Preparing and conducting interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.

- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

- Managing the Selection Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.

- Skills Required
