- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen résumés and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial screening to offer and joining.

Requirements

- Any graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Freshers interested in starting their careers in recruitment are welcome.
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Good organizational skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented environment.
