Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns/Apprentices to join our HR Operations team. This prospect provides hands-on exposure to employee onboarding, HR documentation, background verification, HRMS updates, and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, trackers, and HRMS/HRIS data.
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) activities and follow up with employees for timely completion.
- Assist with employee transfers, promotions, movements, separations, and other HR Operations activities.
- Support the preparation of HR letters, reports,



and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to address day-to-day HR queries and requirements.
- Assist with HR data management, reporting, and other operational projects as required.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources (HR) or pursuing a relevant HR qualification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Internship & Career Opportunity This is a 6-month unpaid internship/apprenticeship offering practical exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Based on performance, learning agility, and overall suitability, candidates may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon completion of the internship, subject to business requirements.
